Pros
They paid well. Full time work with opportunity for overtime if that is what you're into.
Cons
We were hired under the guise that the position is Temp-to-hire and nearly everyone is retained. The Income Maintenance contract is ending, there will be no retention. We spent 2.5 weeks in training and then they put us on the floor for calls. The training time was a waste, none of it had been practical to the call situations so nearly my entire group of training staff has no idea what we were doing and we were miserable. They say they don't expect you to be good at it from the start but that is a lie, after 2 days we were expected to be meeting the quotas and passing the call screening tests. We were being complained at by the supervisors from the moment we set foot on the floor.
