      Great company with amazing culture

      Pros

      The culture at Zelis cannot be beat. Leaders are transparent and clear in their direction and reasoning for difficult decisions. The company actively and intentionally invests in the professional development of their employees. Everyone is helpful and happy to work across teams and functions to align and get stuff done.

      Cons

      Larger company that has grown by acquisition, so there are some disparities between business units.
