      Pros

      Overly fast hiring process, should have raised a red flag but hey who knew. Great company if you are Indian otherwise RUN!

      Cons

      Communication is all over the place. One manager will tell you one thing and another something different. No growth in pay. Better start looking for a new job if your project is coming to an end like other reviews mentioned.

      Herd mentality based on just hiring when times are good and firing when times are bad. Not a good place to be.

      Pros

      There is none. People only care about there personal benefits and treat others as disposables.

      Cons

      No good projects. Treat people like cattle and commodities. There is no humanity. They will layoff people if there are no good projects. They don’t care for incubating innovation and indigenous products. No appetite for incubating talent. Only goes after the same old clients. No originality and good leaders. After the previous CEO left, the new CEO just looks at non billable employees and fires them. Just herd mentality with no room for thinking outside the box. Please don’t join if you want to do well in your career.

      Pros

      Most of the people from the Akibia days.

      Cons

      Akibia was a good, solid company with a nice culture but was bought by Zensar and then went completely downhill. Jobs continue to be moved to India to cut costs and local people are losing jobs (you never knew when it was going to be your turn). Senior management treats lower level employees as if they don't matter, the work environment is toxic and there is zero leadership.
