Pros

-They don't seem to fire people, even for obvious cause -Your colleagues will be nice people, for the most part -Much of the work is not that hard

Cons

-HR is quick to respond to trivial issues and completely non-responsive to serious concerns even after repeated follow ups -There is no path for promotion if you are not Indian and from the same region of India as management -There is no opportunity for professional development credentials that would be valid to US companies or in business, but instead quarterly forced and uncompensated "training" that is for software development regardless of whether you have the background to be able to complete such a course and whether you will need that to do your job -The company constantly sends sexist and reductive email blasts to all female employees (e.g. a thank you note in celebration of mother's day regardless of whether the female recipient is a mother; gender-based recruiting - which is illegal in the US, a course on women in leadership taught by a man). -Anti-LGBTQ attitudes among employees. Not a company where anyone could be "out." -Focus on being able to bill for a headcount, not whether that person is right for the job. This often leads to 1 or 2 people carrying a team of 5-6 in which the additional members are dead weight and either have no incentive to improve or are such a wild mismatch for the job that they have no chance of improving.

Pros

Lax Environment Most employees are friendly and easy to work with. Good personal-mileage reimbursement.

Cons

IT is stretched to their limit (Team of 3 supporting entire US, South America, and UK staff) Acquiring new equipment is tedious and does not happen fast due to a lack of budget allocation. Some India-based staff can be abrasive. US-based IT has no access to most mission critical systems (Including AD for basic password resets) and require slow, arduous assistance from India-based support. (Who seem really oppose to calling people to assist and prefer to work through email.) US staff is getting fired left-and-right. High turnover rate. Chatter from above always sounds like their looking to downsize the US offices since acquiring the company (formerly Akibia) and getting India to work the jobs for half the price.

Pros

Application development, Oracle Implementation Services

Cons

Too many to list...Major global reorganization taking place once again, as Sr. Management is still trying to figure out what to do with Zensar. In the US, there are too many different strategies with no success. No experienced management. US Delivery and US Sales mgmt. are the worst! Their pricing is way too high compared to it's competitors. No innovation at all. To all customers, please stay away and find another services company to do business with...
