Great place to work. Good outlook. Some things can improve, and will over time.
Pros
The place is growing fast, with new or returning clients being announced on a regular basis, and there are future plans to make more acquisitions. Zift has a great atmosphere, and great people, and coming into work each day is a positive experience. Every Friday breakfast is supplied by an employee, which is on a rotation, so almost everyone participates. the over all package is good, and I believe it will only improve as time goes on. The upper management are all accessible and happy to speak with you about anything that is on your mind. The platform/product, has a lot of capability, and there is a lot of value in it.
Cons
not too many cons so far. Compensation is below average, but will most likely improve if things keep going they way they are. I think there are some processes that could be more efficient than they currently are. There are simple improvements to the platform that could greatly improve productivity, but it seems that sometimes requests fall on def ears. These improvements could have huge returns on investment, as far as time/money saving goes, and end up with happier customers.
