Thank you for raising the flexibility concern. We very much believe the sales organization, the entire team for that matter, is served best in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Being together, in office, building a business as a collective unit really fosters the environment we are trying to create. I am certainly open to feedback regarding how we can appropriately add some flexibility to that experience. Lastly, Zillow Group is a high growth organization and with that growth comes lots of change. It can be difficult at times, yes, but that is also what makes the challenge fun.
