Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate your feedback. Glad to hear you have experienced good leadership and a solid financial opportunity in the Zillow Premier Agent business. We work hard to put together compelling and challenging financial opportunities for our sales team. The team is also working hard in the area of leadership development so we can continue to build a world class leadership team that delivers best in class experiences. Thank you for raising the flexibility concern. We very much believe the sales organization, the entire team for that matter, is served best in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Being together, in office, building a business as a collective unit really fosters the environment we are trying to create. I am certainly open to feedback regarding how we can appropriately add some flexibility to that experience. Lastly, Zillow Group is a high growth organization and with that growth comes lots of change. It can be difficult at times, yes, but that is also what makes the challenge fun. If you have further feedback you wish to share, feel free to connect with me on Slack or pull me aside when I am in your office. Thank you again for the review. Lots of changes

Pros

Lots of opportunity and overall good group of co-workers.

Cons

Major grind to get anything going. Expect it to take 6 months to a year. Recently acquired by Zillow, so a million changes happening. Eventually for the better, but for now some serious growing pains.

Pros

I absolutely love Zillow and working for this company. The people here are amazing and the culture is great, as well as unbelievable health benefits. I love how there is a focus on ensuring employees have ample opportunity for growth, development and learning. We also get a lot of vacation time which is nice, as Zillow really cares about it's employee's Work/Life balance. I have every intention of staying and growing with this awesome company.

Cons

I have nothing but positive things to say about this organization.
