Cons

Fast pace isn’t for everyone: The bar is high and things move quickly. If you’re not comfortable with constant change or accountability, this might feel intense. High expectations: Performance matters here. That means you'll be challenged regularly, which is great for growth but can be demanding. We promote & encourage a good work-life balance: During key periods (like end of quarter), things ramp up. Hustle is real.. but so are the rewards.

* The best sales engine I've witnessed * A phenomenal product with clear ROI for customers * The best CEO I've ever worked for; truly someone who leads from out front * High performance culture; no slackers * People throughout the org an encouraged to innovate

Cons

* Some very ambitious people and the attendant jockeying that comes with that * Many managers lack a servant leadership mindset * Emphasis on hitting numbers every single month leads to prioritizing short-term wins over long-term gains
