Zoominfo has, hands down, the best culture of any company I've ever worked for. "Everyone says culture"... I know I know, but it's real. Zoominfo's culture is highly competitive to reach TEAM goals on sales teams. Collaboration and support from your teammates, and overwhelming amount of celebration when teammates succeed are commonplace here, it's amazing. The pay: It's good. I've (almost) tripled my income in under 2 years. The flexibility: I had a sick child that I spent 6 weeks with, 3 of which in the hospital. Never once did Zoominfo make me feel like I was putting my employment at risk, or future promotions. The opportunities: I've been with the company for under 2 years and I've been promoted multiple times. From Inbound SDR, to Outbound SDR, to emerging products SDR, to Team Lead, to Manager. This career trajectory is simply not possible at my former companies. Tech Stack: We are provided so many tools and apps to make our jobs easier that sometimes it's hard to keep up.

The people/leadership, product, and culture. I have worked here for over for and half years and I never feel stuck in my role and or like the company is becoming stagnant. We are continuously growing, innovating, but at the same time keeping the small company vibe where you feel like people actually know and care for one another and are all in it to help achieve a common goal.
