      Pros

      -Great overall culture, team comradery. Make you feel like you a part of something special and really want to help you grow no matter what direction -Continuous learning development and coaching opportunities. -Numerous ways to move up internally and grow professionally -Great earnings potential

      Cons

      -Although working remote has its pros with work life balance being in the office does have numerous advantages when you can physically be with your team and bring that energy. Going into the office once a week is nice but more consistency when the pandemic hopefully settles down more will be nice!

      Pros

      By far one of the best companies I've had the opportunity to work for! They embody a culture unlike anything I've experienced in the past, and strive to be 1% better individually and collectively each day. It's a fast paced environment that is ever changing, which in turn opens doors for career growth at an accelerated rate. This is the first company I've worked for that I feel excited to get to work each day. They reward hard work and recognize the time/grit you put in and it never goes unnoticed.

      Pros

      - Currently helping set-up the EMEA side of our Sales Development function - a seriously good opportunity to help expand a post IPO SAAS firm into Europe. - Fantastic support from leadership - Internal promotions - I am one of the only external hires in the SDR leadership team. - Growing rapidly with new offices - Well paid!!

      Cons

      - Sales process differs from previous roles which can at times lead to 'over-selling' to prospects. - No assigned accounts as an SDR which means everyone is battling for the best leads - this creates a healthy competiveness but can also see some SDR's miss out when they do a lot of the ground work.
