Pros

1. Good Director/Manager and good people that I work with. 2. Less than average 401K but the company has a 401K.

Cons

1. HR treats you very badly and are very demeaning. 2. I had to call my State Senator to receive my Unemployment Benefits when I was out sick with the Covid19 virus. HR had told me that they did everything on their end to verify that I was out sick with the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) which was a lie. I finally got my Unemployment Insurance benefits (3) months later through MY efforts with my State Senator's Office. 3. Dealing with Human Resources when I was out sick because of the Covid19 Virus was a total period of HR talking to me in an unprofessional and demeaning manner. It was a period of constant harassment and insensitivity from Human Resources considering I was going through the Covid19 symptoms as I was trying to recover. 4. If and when you do call out sick, HR is always calling you for one reason or another asking why you are out sick and needing more specific information, as if you are being interrogated. 5. Beware of Human Resources and their manipulation.

Pros

Court experience and arbitration skills

Cons

Everything else! Don't get fooled by the 5 star review they were probably forced by HR. This place has given me some of the worst anxiety. People running this firm are completely incompetent and every other fool is given AVP title. If you want to work Zwicker except- Low pay Almost no bonus HORRIBLE Managers Unrealistic work expectation No one cares about your career development No work life balance No celebration of any kind You will watched through the camera at all times. If you care about your sanity don't work here.

Pros

Decent benefits and WFH is available after a few months

Cons

No communication with other management, management is incompetent, they will double your workload and expect you to like it. They will fire you for memes or just talking about anything not work over work email or in office. They will lie to you in the interview so make sure you get everything in writing.

Zwicker & Associates Response

We appreciate your input. We place great value on the benefits provided, especially the emphasis on work-life balance and the ability to work from home when appropriate, based on the role. However, we disagree with a few of the things you expressed. We take many precautions to ensure that the job description and duties are accurate, and we ensure that the hiring and interviewing processes are transparent. We take all terminations very seriously. We also take the safety and security of our employees very seriously as well. Even though it is not common practice to consult with employees prior to the implementation of new rules, the interests of our employees and clients are always prioritized in the decision-making process. If possible, please give us the chance to speak with you directly about your concerns: humanresources@zwickerpc.com.
