Pros

The staff at the RR location are the ONLY reason that anyone stays. They are very dedicated to the management and it shows. Management takes an incredibly stressful daily situation and tries to make it work and make the best of it. It is said that people leave managers, not the company. Not true! People leave this company because the company is unappreciative and stuck in their old school ways.

Cons

The company. They give you ridiculous deadlines and an overabundance of work and then blame the site when they can't meet those deadlines because the won't hire the staff to support the workload. The training. The "training" that they provide for the first two weeks is laughable. It is done by a remote team that doesn't actually use the system in real situations. Every person that is trained by that team stated how useless it was and that the real training is done by the onsite management.

Pros

Earning Potential.. That’s about it

Cons

Severe Lack of Communication. No clear Policies in place for collecting. Make up rules as they go to benefit the company. Increasing goals frequently to absurd levels. Attacking you when you do well with increased audits and Goal Raises. Severe lack of Compassion for employees. Micro Management on every level. Insane Pressure and Stressful Environment. Constant turnover, average employee lasts 30-60 days some less than 2 weeks.

Pros

Discover bonuses but that’s once in a blue moon No pros

Cons

Absolutely no room for growth/advancement. Management always micromanaged all the lit assistants and the workplace was very toxic. There were times when I was afraid to ask an attorney a question because they always seemed so stressed and angry. The workload is extreme and the firm won’t hire more people to help.... Everyone was always stressed out which created the toxic work environment. Pay is TERRIBLE good luck asking for a raise and I constantly was getting “written up” for tiny mistakes. I just didn’t feel appreciated. The managing attorney is in over his head and always stressed. Just don’t work here because you’ll be stressed out everyday.
