Pros

You get two 15 minute breaks

Cons

Management & HR!! The office manager was awful she would speak ill of Employees to other Employees! Extremely unprofessional! She would laugh and joke about people who had wage garnishments and would call and say they had no money or access to their money in their bank account due to the wage garnishment. She had zero empathy and she would discuss it with anyone that would listen to her. She would openly discuss how an Employee was doing performance wise with other Employees and showed favoritism with certain Employees too. She would threaten Employees too if they were doing one on ones with her and she was frustrated with them she would say things such as “Would you like for me to call Corporate and get them involved in this?” She would tell others not to socialize in the break room if they were not on break which is fair but then she would turn around and do just that. She was a do as I say not as I do type. She would openly discuss cases amongst the office and staff even if they were not working on the case. She would also discuss how an Employee was doing assignment wise from her desk out loud so that everyone around could hear her and hear what was going on and how that Employee was doing. She was very aggressive which she would say she’s just blunt and it just comes out as aggressive but it’s not, it’s just due to her being blunt/honest. If someone didn’t grasp what she was training them on she would get upset and frustrated and ask why they couldn’t grasp whatever material she was training them on and that it was always the Employee and the Employee was the problem not her. She would also discuss personal things with other Employees that were extremely inappropriate especially due to the fact that she is a Manager. What was most upsetting though is the things she would discuss concerning the Defendants calling that were upset due to their case and whatever was going on with their case at the time. She had zero empathy and as soon as the call ended she would discuss everything that was said during the phone call and everything that was going on with their case with other Employees. She really seemed to enjoy when a wage garnishment was ordered and would gloat about it and say things such as at least she’s able to buy gas that morning because she had money and did not have a wage garnishment. Or at least she was able to buy coffee and doughnuts because she got paid and did not have a wage garnishment against her. She is not a good person and she certainly should not be in the position she is in.

Pros

You can get hands on legal experience for sure. Work life balance is good.

Cons

Bad management. No team work environment. Want you to do the work of 4 people and still complain. Management has favorites who get to mess around all day and not do anything while others are working their tails off. 30 minute lunches. Zero outside of work team building. No community involvement. No appreciation for workers. 25+ people left while I was there. The turnover rate is insane.

A good 9-5 job if you're willing to get under paid.

Bad management and no possibility to grow in this company. They have too many employees and under pay everyone. Zero morale in employees. Everyone is miserable.
