This is the most toxic job that I’ve ever worked at. The managing partner is clueless and HR likes to micromanage from a different state by watching you on camera like you’re in jail. The polices are very vague and are always use for punitive reasons. You take lunch the same exact time every day as well as breaks. If you’re even in the bathroom for too long, HR calls and reprimand you. There is no variation the work. It’s the same every day, all day. There is no room to even grow. The work environment is robotic. You come in, go to your desk, work, take your 15 minute break, work, go to lunch, work, take your 15 minute break, then leave. Every single day. It’s so boring. Watching paint dry is more entertaining. The pay is peanuts and the benefits are basically nonexistent. I am pretty positive that HR and upper management skewed these reviews to be more favorable.

Pros

Better than unemployment only because of health & dental benefits

Cons

Worst place I've ever been employed! Management is very unprofessional, Treatment is unfair and unbalanced, they will criticize without hesitation - usually uncalled for. No compassion for employees or debtors. I witnessed many unethical acts ... I felt harrassed and unappreciated the entire 6 months I worked there full-time. I referred to it as HELL.
