Pros
accesso has some major perks, like Fun Fridays, awesome office amenities and other celebrations to promote a great culture and values. There are also some leaders here who are absolutely amazing and have made my experience here very valuable.
Cons
We have had some recent changes in leadership, focus, and identity as a company that have been detrimental to morale and the way we operate. What used to feel like a small supportive family now feels cold and corporate. We grew as a company very quickly and did not structure ourselves to become successful with this growth. There are definitely some politics interfering with running the business and the teams the right way as well.
