Great work life balance, majority of people genuinely care about each other, and the work is fulfilling at times. Healthcare and other benefits are about the same as anywhere else. Guaranteed fixed raise every year.

Cons

Lower pay, teams are spread a bit thin, lack of career paths–people who should get a promotion, are stuck in the same role. No bonuses but when wasn't much previously but noting for other who may care about this

good pay and benefits, mostly good people to work with, not for.

Cons

CEO has poor leadership and decision making. Strong DEI present and it shows, many were hired not on their actual abilities to perform. Poor communication among departments.
