Commission and retention given. Very awesome CEO who is amazing at what he does

When something goes wrong there is almost no response. The company will not back up their employees and its not professional especially certain park managers.

Boss takes good care of you, pays for cellphone, company trips, surprises etc. are phenomenal. Very open work environment.

Cons

Dysfunctional. Grew up from a small company and so there are those politics and the cliques that go with that. Your life is the company, any kind of social life, etc. is secondary. Lack of communication between management causes issues.
