******WESTBOROUGH SUPPORT****** 1. FAVORITISM - If you have the ability to gossip and say YES to everything your Lead says than congratulations - you do not have to work hard for promotion and higher bonus and higher increment. 2. EGO - Team leads are egoistic as they cannot hear no from employee. You better do what you have been asked otherwise your days are limited in company. 3. MENTAL TORTURE - Some Team Leads have become Master of mental torture. They always play mind games and try to belittle you in front of other LEADS/Managers/CEO and new/Junior team members. 4. LEADER - Team leads does not know the meaning of being a leader. They only spent their time in gossiping with favorite team members. 5. THREAT - Team lead threaten employees - you cannot go home , no one leave until I say so. All this happens when TL is always coming late to office and leaving early. 6. VISA STATUS - They take advantage of your visa status and always keep you scared that they can fire you any time. No Leads says that directly but we are mature enough to understand that they are trying to threaten us. 7. RAISE - They won't give you the money you deserve if you are not part of inner circle aka FAVORITE.

Lots of problems - they treat you like slaves. They don't consider you their employees - its just they are paying you and you have to work day and night. They don't pay money as well. In my team nothing was new - so basically I was not learning anything and neither getting paid. Job description they add is false - DO NOT FALL FOR THAT - always ask an employee who is working in this company. Managers are SOOO RUDE!! They shout at you in front of everyone - they delegate their mistakes on you and then shout at you and when you ask for reason - they remind you how much they are paying you and you can't speak in front of them. I used to work day and night - still it was never enough for them- lot of after hours work. My life was hell when I was working there. They never encourage you - the only thing they do is demotivating their employees so that no one can speak in front of them and no one can ask for hike!! Its a family company. Most of the Managers are related to each other or to the CEOs - so u cant even complaint to higher authorities. Managers have no work ethics! No manners! Working there was a nightmare for me. Some CEOs are still good but most team leads are horrible!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING FOR THEM SPECIALLY IN DATA MIGRATION TEAM!!
