      Ability to work on cutting edge industry standards. You can take on as much responsibility as you want. People good to work with.

      Cons

      Not enough recognition (no one seems to have the time for this). Compensation and career advancement stagnates after a point.

      Pros

      Senior management cares about their employees. Friendly work environment. No micromanagement. Great company for entry-level experience. Happy with current salary and bonus structure.

      Cons

      Not all employees work as hard as others - frustrating at times. Limited room for resume growth. Policies and procedures are made up on the fly. Hard work recognized only in team leads.
