Pros

If you work hard and prove your work ethic early, management doesn't micromanage. A good opportunity for making substantial income. Very nice office. Efinancial spends a lot of money and time to assist their employees in business and personal growth. Atmosphere on the sales side is enjoyable and light (which is necessary for an inside sales job to keep people in good spirits ).

Cons

Disconnect between upper level management and sales force. Having more positive sales speeches about the direction of the company without negative undertones would be much more inspiring. Some lower level management should spend time listening to their agent's calls and sit with them to help them be better at closing business. Sometimes lead sources are so bad, you can talk all day and only speak with one or two people who are insurable (that makes for a long and frustrating day). Other days, there are a lot of great leads.

Pros

*Enjoy some of my co-workers *Dress-up days/Culture Club events *Music playing all day *Nice lobby/break area to hang out in on break.

Cons

*Terrible benefits (basically impossible to have a family and work there - very high price, no paid maternity/paternity leave, not good coverage) *Inconsistencies in who gets punished when policies/rules are violated (have the right manager on your side and you don't get punished) *No respect for employees, unless your an employee making tons of money for the company *Management only cares about their profits and not their employees safety & well-being *Horrible communication between management and employees

Pros

Your coworkers are the best part of this job. Your peers become your family. Pretty relaxed for the most part. One of the sales managers was really good, and cared about his employees. Semi possible to make good money.

Cons

Upper management likes to keep employees in the dark. Base salary is horrible. You have to pay for parking, or walk, and this is Eastgate, not downtown Bellevue, or downtown Seattle. If you want to succeed you have to push products that aren't in the best interest of the client. Favoritism is in full effect here.
