Pros
Excellent training and a brand new office to work at. Location off I-90 is easy to get to.
Cons
I saw some of our current employment ads on Craigslist, and they are very misleading. Being an agent at Efinancial is not a $100,000 a year job as advertised. There were some guys that used to make money like that but they were all forced out or quit. Realisticly its more like half of that, which is fine, but don't oversell it. The quotas are rough and there are many times when I feel pressured to offer a product that isn't the best for the client, but neccesary to keep my job. The accounting on how you get paid is also not as transparent as it should be, and I've seen agents with $300 paychecks that have no idea where their money went. Its hard for us employees to struggle when they see the high end cars the management drives parked in the garage. Some of the highest ranking managers are also related, so this only confounds the usual office politics. Since Efinancial is pretty stable, I'll stick around, until the economy rebounds...... certainly don't leave another job to come here!
