I was working here for more than 2 years and well I can say a lot about them. There is a shared manager for technical support and cloud operations, manager favours technical support engineers and cloud ops people are left to suffer. There is continuous rotation to the UK office for technical support guys but ops guys struggle with visa clearance for USA office. Some guys in cloud ops are favoured and all the major tasks are handed over to them which leaves rest of ops engineers limit to grow technically. CEO of the company is very active and has very deep knowledge about the product he serves. If you keep cloud operations apart from eGain, it is very good company to work for. The product engineering team ,PS team & DevOps team are very helpful when it comes to sharing knowledge.
