      As egain is an international you will have to coordinate with teams in different time zones which may require you to stay up late

      Micro Managed - top down poor leadership

      Sounds good in the marketing material.

      Cons

      Cannot execute a solid strategy, with changing priorities Micromanaged to the point that: when a lead comes in it has to be approved by the CEO so it can go into Salesforce and be assigned.
