      Work at this place if you want to get depression and mental health issues

      none that are visible to me.

      Cons

      Work at this place if you want to get depression and mental health issues. This place is run by a bully who makes life miserable for employees. There is no respect for employees. You either agree with the CEO or get bullied (and i mean repeatedly and everyday and openly in meetings) or get fired. Don't buy in on all the linked in videos and positive comments here from employees. They are all marketing material for creating positive image. Very very toxic work environment.

      Good place if you are not ambitious

      Pros

      Not many. Just a lot of free time, not much to do. Plan to join here if you want to retire and earn some money.

      Cons

      Crazy nepotism. Soon couples working here will have their kids join too! Employees are not treated with respect. Work is not given to people according to the skills. Company keeps restructuring (according to the CEO's whims and fancies ), so don't expect to achieve your goals. If you have goals, don't join! A bunch of folks are brought in from India, causing poor diversity. You can gain a lot of experience with politics, and see how a family business runs.
