      Micro Managed - top down poor leadership

      Pros

      Sounds good in the marketing material.

      Cons

      Cannot execute a solid strategy, with changing priorities Micromanaged to the point that: when a lead comes in it has to be approved by the CEO so it can go into Salesforce and be assigned.

      Sell Company only future

      Pros

      Good technology market space still need, but saturated.

      Cons

      Need to change management or sell the company. CEO is rude and condescending. All upper management are related to the CEO. Last year not selling to any new customers and they are loosing customers. Management doesn’t know how to manage and don’t care about employees. Compensation below industry. Overhired sales and then had several rounds of layoffs. Competition is killing business. Company asked me to post positive reviews on this site.

      Nothing good about this company. Read the reviews on Glassdoor and make your call before you even think of applying to this company

      Cons

      Where to start... CEO - Thinks he has the best solution in the industry but it is not . The clunky product he has built is useless and has no understanding of the market he wants to operate. Bully in nature and runs the company from top to down right to how many toilet papers should the bathrooms have. Senior Management: Weak, No ambition and Mediocre. They have been there 15+ years and treat it as their inheritance. Culture: Does not exist. Employees are just bang below average. Pay: Crappy. Below market . Office is horrible. Bathrooms are not cleaned and coffee machine is always broken. There are expired protein bars which HR expects the employees to eat before refilling them.
