Pros

Potential for growth within industry, focus on wireless networking. You work with highly talented, highly awesome people. They challenge you that makes you to learn a lot here and become very successful. If you apply yourself you can move up the chain at a reasonable pace unlike in any other companies.

Cons

The ridiculous reviews left by other people. I laughed when reading some of them about and could not disagree more. If someone has a negative perception of this company or of the management, it's because they just probably were not suited to work here. I am not sure that would require a negative review. Every company has its own issues. Having worked for Fortune 500 companies, and mid sized companies in my career, I can imagine those people will be in for a huge disappointment down the road with this attitude. Everyone of us always make fun / criticize about every companies we work!!! Irrespective of the many positives the companies have.!! Its all about positive attitude makes all the difference.

Pros

Great exposure to really smart people in Fortune 100 companies. company culture - Focused and driven but still somewhat chill. Dynamic teams, sometimes projects span between US and India. Mostly a professional environment, specifically for people who take their jobs seriously, but there are always a few that are spoiling it for everyone else. Most of the employees I have seen who joined as fresher, stay her for at least 3-5 years and very appreciative group of talented core members.

Cons

working hours! Anyone who's been in this technology domain knows this (this is not a 9 to 5 bank teller job). You have to learn how to manage your day. Better hand holding needed for new comers, few amenities need improvement. I was surprised when I saw those negative reviews on here. For the most part, people are pretty happy at the company and like what they do. I know that there were some people who got let go recently, I guess somebody always has an axe to grind.

Pros

It’s good that there is no concept of bench like in other IT companies where you need to wait for projects to come around. Good place for ECE / EEE folks for the reason that you don’t work in application domain. It adds little bit value to your application if you prefer to do higher studies in view of the fact that you worked in your core domain. Good seniors and lots of intelligent minds.

Cons

Couldn't find a negative one to share as of today but still there are many small things need to change.
