You will be assigned with significant responsibilities if you deliver good results. Fair recognition of performance and career growth will be fast. Day at work used to perceptive - sometimes hectic and sometimes easy going. Supporting colleagues and open culture.

Cons

People Management goes through a phase where certain big issues pop out when it comes to projects with strict deadlines. Also it turns out that some employees will be benefitted much due to the kind of projects that they get.

1. Not a Joyful Environment peoples around you will be in Pressurizing zone or behave like they were in Pressure cooker for the past 1 hour 2. No Work Timings, If there is any issue you will be forcefully worked in Midnights 3. You will be always in front of your laptop bcz they will be adding additional task other than work. 4. Software Methodology Process like Agile, Waterfall has not been followed in projects. One of the worst Process ever seen in my Entire Career

Good Projects , Internship work is useful , good learning on how to work for Customer , New comers will be given good salary.

Cons

All project, process are miss managed. very very poor management, Blood sucking company, long work hours , Only Work is priority employees treated like slaves by the managers , There is clueless ,endless and view-less.... work will be forced on you if you show interest and who are ready to stretch , No Coffee & Tea for employees . Beware , you will get to know about the company only when join the company but that is too late for you to realize that you made worst decision in life. Bond for 2 years to employees
