Pros
Good pay, decent benefits, great immediate leadership, good remote work support
Cons
"Immediate" is doing a lot of heavy lifting - senior leadership, D-level and above, frequently makes baffling choices that require every team to scramble to accommodate them, and seem to be informed by leading industry buzz words and goals that are not shared with the company. We have been growing and successful for years - yet restructure often in ways that leave us with fewer people handling larger responsibilities. Whole departments/teams have been outsourced in the last few years, and as we have shifted to a B2B business model it feels like everything about the place is feeling colder, more corporate, and just like every other company pushing productivity over people. It is not the company I joined years ago - once the original CEO left it all slid downhill in favor of chasing industry trends. Be prepared to compromise - on the benefits you want, on the career path you want, and on the work you feel most needs doing.
