Pros
Communication is awesome, the exec is transparent, you ask a question and if they can answer, they will, if they can't they will tell you and even say why they can not disclose the information, because yes sometimes it happens. The vision of the company is on point, very motivating and you are feeling that you are actually working to change things for people's life on the day to day. The executive team. This team is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work for. They make your job easy, they motivate you and they give you the tools you need for success. I could go on and on, talk about the comp packages(very competitive), snack in the office(quite nice), but all of those are secondary compared to how good this team is.
Cons
Even though I said communication was great, I still think it could be even better especially across the multiple locations.
