- Plenty of opportunities for motivated self starters - Positive work environment where your voice is heard and your talents appreciated - Strong executive team leadership - Great benefits and unlimited PTO (that people actually use) - Plenty of social opportunities for those that want to participate - You feel like you’re making a real difference in people’s lives - and you are!

Cons

- Typical growth issues you see at startups - delayed communications, ever changing goal lines. If you can’t hack these, don’t join a startup! - Not enough business involvement in feature development and release

Great Idea and Product, but a Poor Culture

Pros

hims and hers is shaking up the medical world, and I truly believe they are making positive changes for their customers. There are some very talented and hardworking people on the team, who have created a strong company and product.

Cons

When I left the company there wasn't a culture, or rather there was only a toxic culture. There were/are a lot of hard working people who work at that company who never got the credit they deserved. The office smells of nepotism and lacked diversity. I saw many people displaced from their roles due to leadership hiring people from their past companies.
