We want to assure you that iHerb Elgin initiates and reviews internal surveys that are sent out frequently to ensure we are staying connected to the opinions and ideas of our team members. Our most recent survey indicated superior levels of job satisfaction in relation to our Team Members opinions regarding their overall work environment. The vast majority indicated that they appreciate the clean, safe, climate controlled environment of the Elgin fulfillment center. They also expressed appreciation for the monthly iScore performance incentive program that provides an opportunity to earn up to $2 more per hour in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes but is not limited to; generous flex time, PTO, VTO as well as 4/10 hour shifts. We certainly appreciate your recognition in relation our accomplishments towards being an ambitious eCommerce company fully “in the cloud.” This affords our team members the opportunity to learn new tech and stacks very quickly, keeping us at the height of the progressive technology industry.
