Pros

I have been able to build my career profile with iLink Systems with a number of responsibilities and a good, supportive team. I started as a trainee and progressed to a much higher role. In addition, the work always keeps our team feeling enthusiastic.

Cons

The fact pace of the company can be stressful, however, this also helps in learning things quickly.

Pros

I get to work with lots of uncoming technologies. There are tons of opportunities to learn and contribute with technologies I never worked before. Upper management is very easy to access and promotes open work environment. Pay sturcture is very competitive to industry standards.
