Working on technology that nobody has seen but everybody is going to be talking about in 6 months. Super smart, interesting people.

Cons

Not a lot of team-building time.

Training opportunities limited. Sink or swim Growing pains. Need to fend for yourself sometimes No clear organizational structure too much flexibility
