Cannot find any pros so far

Cons

You can not say no but everyone else can - worst work life balance Total discrimination, blame games, favoritism to family and friends, if you are not one of them, you will have worst time at work Changing work expectations every day, expect you to know everything from design to testing without any training or guidance or support If you ask question, you are blamed to be not smart Rude management, not a healthy work place to be at

Good company to work with

Pros

Its been more than a year that I joined iLink. Before joining iLink I was working as a s/w developer. However, iLink brought a new phase to my career. I am now working as a Team lead and am happy to work in this role with many more responsibilities. This is a small company and you will learn a lot here. There is a weekly meeting where we have a discussion about the ongoing projects and any other topics that would help to add to yur knowledge.

Cons

Salary is not that gre88. Training programs are planned but not executed. Appreciation for a good job done is lacking.
