iNET Web reviews

iNET has a great atmosphere and a lot of great people! The work for designers has a lot of variety so you get to do a lot of different things every week. There's a lot of creative freedom with the work but it is still client-based so expect to make changes when necessary. A lot of reviews talk about big arguments, yelling, or just a tense work environment but I've never seen or experienced that my entire time here. Some other pros: - Pay increases are performance-based - Lots of independence with projects, there isn't a ton of oversight unless there needs to be (depends on the project) - Variety of work (websites, print, digital, etc.) - Opportunities to do some really fun projects - Friendly employees and management, departments are very close-knitted

As an employee at iNet, I've had the opportunity to work with a large range of clients, making everyday look a bit different and not so robotic. I'm pushed to think outside the box and explore new ideas to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
