Pros

Thanks to the great people, innovative ideas and awesome customers this is one of the best working experiences I’ve had. Having been there for over two years I am continually being challenged which I know is much appreciated by leadership. What you put in is what you get out of it. For those who are not so complimentary of iNET its clear they work looking to get more than what they themselves were willing to invest.

Cons

The company is small and does have some growing pains. There is some turnover only because past employees weren’t a good fit and carried a negative attitude. Those who have chosen to leave often did so leaving many years of valued success only to pursue larger opportunities thanks in part to their ability to professionally mature while working at iNET. Due to the overwhelming success the company is growing very rapidly which is resulting in a lot of change. If you are not one who enjoys an ever-evolving atmosphere then you will have a hard time embracing the culture at iNET.

Pros

I view my employment at iNET as a privilege. I have the privilege to be employed by loyal owners who built the foundation for this company when I was a just a kid. I have the PRIVILEGE to learn from a visionary CEO in Steven Libbey; and truly, heavy lies the crown. I have the privilege to work for a business where I earn a good living which allows me to support my family, grow personally and professionally. I have the privilege to work at a company that has re-invested in my success in direct relation to my effort and performance on behalf of the business...you get what you give. I bleed iNET, and they deserve it.

Cons

If you're talented, hard-working, loyal, honest, determined...you'll fit right in; we're hiring. If you believe that those qualities describe only the "lucky" people who were dealt the best cards at the table way up in some imaginary ivory tower...iNET will be big enough for you to blend in and feel comfortable soon enough. Until then, enjoy your job-hopping climb to the middle. For now, this business can't afford to grade on a curve. If you value an environment with no glass ceiling, enjoy proving your own worth and earning your standing - iNET is a phenomenal place to work with no limit for your potential to be realized. For those excelling at iNET; we're all in. Oh yeah, cons...the men's bathroom is cold in winter; almost forgot!

An Opportunity Worth Taking

Pros

I've read the reviews on here and the malcontent from those employees during their tenure at iNet. Working the full eight hour days or the 30 min working lunch and the flak regarding the owners, but it's really hard for me to relate to them. My last job required me to work 12-16 hour days EVERY WORK DAY without any structured lunch break (you just had to figure the whole eating thing out as you went). When you couldn't finish that week's work (which was often) they required you work on weekends. The pay was just average. The job and its employers had no consideration for one's own personal life. I was late to my own bachelor party and wedding shower because of the work. In the eyes of that company, you were expendable and it didn't matter if you invested years or even decades of your life into the job. I was ecstatic when I was hired by iNet and I still continue to be. The money I make now after just a few months here would take 30 years to reach at that last job. The normal 9-5 working hours are great too. The working lunch is fine. The company's flexibility to my life is great while being practical and they offer overtime for when I think I need it. The best part about the job is the opportunity it presents. To make money- absolutely. But I now have the opportunity to build up unique and worthwhile experience developing valuable money-making skills. The coworkers are very accessible and offer a great mentorship to help improve proficiency. The management promotes a competitive work environment that is results-driven and oriented towards our clients' success. The best part about this job is the nature of the work. As a copywriter I get to learn a lot about so many different subjects. And the onus is on me to do good by my clients because it's ultimately about them. Striving to be successful for them is how I've been shaping my own success. This has yielded tangible results for me. Within a few months of starting, I've already earned a raise with the effort I've put in. and I'm looking forward to continuing the development. This job is perfect for anyone looking for a creative challenge and wants to see real positive gains for their clients and themselves. If you're one of the people who doesn't like working here, you can always try my last job.

Cons

So much work! It's a positive challenge though, taking it all on. It also goes to show that if this really were a sinking ship, we wouldn't be expanding and getting as much business as we really are.
