Pros

A wonderful mix of people who all feel like family and who are invested in building the best company. I am incredibly proud to work along side such talented and smart individuals that collectively work so well together and care about what they are doing and always there to help one another out.

Cons

None that I can think of. Do not believe the old bad reviews. It's clearly written by the same person given the tone and repeat messaging that could not be further from the truth.

Pros

This is genuinely a supportive and collaborative environment. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and is building something to change the game. There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance and as a working parent, this is greatly appreciated and not unnoticed. The environment has an open dialogue policy to make you feel heard and not shy away from asking questions. Team culture is a huge plus. Smart, kind, and driven colleagues across the board whom I all throughly enjoy working with.

Cons

Like any fast-paced company, things can move quickly and require adaptability to learn out of your comfort zone.
