Pros
Free snacks, benefits are well priced for individuals, and there are some great people there. Good PTO and holiday policy
Cons
If you work hard, you will be rewarded with more work, until it is more than you can handle. Then you will be marked as just "meets expectations" on you yearly review for your 10% raise. Training is mostly done by co-workers who have no extra training or pay, and are still expected to keep up with their quotas. The higher ups will openly admit to opening their office in Cuba partially to have lower wages than in the city. Don't expect to see most of them often, even if they have a planned event-that can be cancelled at the last minute. If you don't want the crushing workload that comes with advancement don't expect more than the 10% raise yearly, if they manage to do your review on time. If it is months late, they do not backdate the yearly raise. There is little to no difference in pay or training for people who have a little experience and are tech savvy and someone who doesn't know how to use a computer. I didn't have much issue with the bonus program, but if you are stuck with a difficult account that prevents you from meeting goals or getting a bonus, you cannot change accounts and just have to wait until it gets better or just never bonus. The accounts go to whoever is available with minimal regard to difficulty and employee experience level. For example an account that gives an experienced rep panic attacks was transferred to a new employee who was still figuring out the computer systems, despite written and vocal communication that the account was going in the wrong direction and needed experienced and full time work. That mistake was corrected partially but don't expect to be heard when you escalate issues before the account is on fire. You get holidays off, but the Christmas/New year's policy is getting increasingly complicated so they give the least amount of holiday time. When the complicated sign up/approval system was miscommunicated, several people got called in the day of or before and informed they could come in or take their approved day off with no pay. You will be told they can't afford higher starting pay or raises, but the CEO flies weekly from states away and the president once stopped by to berate us for dissatisfaction on her way to buy a lake house.
