Pros

Hours: Monday-Friday. Most departments allow you to set your own schedule as long as it's the same start & end time. We get all the major holidays off & they graciously gift you some extra time off on certain holidays-All with pay! It really does have the family feel because the staff & upper management really do care for you. Everyone is striving to be the best! The job is very challenging for me, but I'm never bored! I also love that I have friends in other departments & not just mine! Everyone is so friendly!

Cons

I really don't have any cons to say about the company! My gripe might be that the Excel Spreadsheets are very slow, but that's a problem with Excel & not the company because our IT Department is awesome!

Pros

No one works from home except for management. The company micromanage is everything. Accounts are sent to India. Environment with manager management is extremely hostile.

Cons

A parking lot is available.
