Pros

The people are easily the best part of working here. Smart, collaborative, and genuinely kind colleagues who make the day-to-day enjoyable, even on the harder weeks. Compensation and benefits are competitive — base pay, and the overall package feel fair for the market, and the perks actually get used rather than sitting in a benefits doc. The mission is something I believe in, and the product itself is solid; it's motivating to work on something that has a real impact on customers. Leadership is transparent about company direction, and there's a strong sense that everyone is rowing in the same direction.

Cons

Honestly, not much to call out. Like any growing company, there are areas still being figured out, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience.

Pros

Flexible work from home environment

Cons

- Despite being positioned as a tech company, the organization operates primarily as a real estate company with very limited understanding of how to build and sell a tech product. The product itself is not market ready and BDRs are set up to fail from the start. - Leadership is highly micromanaging and deflects blame downward when results don't materialize, rather than acknowledging fundamental product and market fit issues. - Performance expectations were not clearly defined or communicated in writing during onboarding. Targets appeared to shift retroactively. - There appears to be a pattern of hiring BDRs with promises of growth and commission, then terminating around the 90 day mark when the product fails to generate interest — regardless of individual effort. - Resources provided to do the job were extremely limited. When concerns were raised, the response was essentially to figure it out independently. - No formal review process or structured feedback before termination. Issues were raised for the first time at or near the point of firing. - Compensation structure including guaranteed commission was not handled transparently after separation.

Pros

-The team is both challenging and trusting. You are surrounded by high-caliber, hard working individuals who expect much of you, but also trust you to make an impact. -Great leadership examples, plenty of opportunities to learn how to be an excellent worker and teammate. -Results: the team likes to win and works really hard to drive improvement for clients and for our own teammates.

Cons

-Nothing great comes easily, so it's not a walk in the park. But the growth and an inspiring team makes it rewarding!
