Pros
Cant think of any. They lure you in, leading you to believe they know what they are doing, and will be creating something that will "change the world"...But do your homework. Ask to see roadmaps. Reach out to past employees, and ask about their experience there. Ask to see finances or even a dam org chart! This guy has started and failed a number of different companies, and is frog-leaping cities to run from them.
Cons
This company has zero shot of succeeding. Its sucks that they are able to convince smart, talented people to join this company. Some families relocate and sacrifice so much, and in my short time there, I saw multiple people fired without any conversation before hand. Most of the talented people leave within a few weeks, as soon as they realize the shitshow that is going on. They have no HR function. No org chart. No Levels. No bonuses. Equity is Nothing. Its literally 3 guys reading books on tech companies, then trying to implement what they read or saw on the latest tech startup documentary. I feel so bad for anyone who leaves a stable job or turns down other offers to join here. Ive seen them literally pay to relocate people to work on a "Start up launch idea". only to scrap it 2 weeks after they start, and then fire them because "they dont have anything from them to do now"... Most people work here for such a short amount of time, they dont even include the blimp that is rex on their linkedin or resume bc its embarrassing. So you cant even find half the people that were fired or quit... PLEASE JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH! TRUST YOUR GUT! I should have known the moment I had an onsite at a low end apartment complex, where they were scrambling to find a room with a chair, and who I was supposed to be meeting with, that this place has no idea what they are doing. OH and the :WHO DEEP DIVE...INSANE lol they found that in a book as well...lmao
