      Pros

      Good team overall and good management. If you want to excel, you need to put in extra effort. Definitely a fast paced environment made up of the best talent. Great culture and teams that really care about each other. Many knowledgeable mentors. Opportunity to grow across all facets of the company. Also, beautiful work atmosphere with a great view of the Penny Backer and downtown.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. Not a 9 to 5 work environment. High urgency projects can emerge fast.

      Pros

      - Hard work and consistency are rewarded with growth. I joined the Rex ecosystem straight out of college (2 years ago) and have since risen up into Product and General Manager roles. - Work hard, play hard atmosphere. Regular company socials and community-building offsite sessions. Teammates often hang out in settings outside of work, whether over the weekend or on weekdays after work. Real feeling of family. A culture that encourage cross collaboration both within and outside of work. - Amazing talent and passion all around. Rex recruits only the best of the best. We have senior leadership and teammates coming from various top tech companies and universities. And all who come here embody our values of faith, family, and freedom, creating alignment from the get go.

      Cons

      - A true startup environment, which might not be for everyone. Focus on building products, failing fast, and iterating even more quickly. Everyone is expected to deliver results always as there is no time to waste. Lots going on at any given time, can be challenging at first but helps you master the skill of multi-tasking and prioritization.

      Good team out at rex -- engaged and passionate about what they're building. Still finding their way, but they give it everything they have.

      Cons

      If you're interested in a 9-5, this isn't the place for you.
