      I've been with the Rex companies for about a year, and I'm so glad I took the leap to join. Amazing culture & am able to impact the day-to-day operations. We're growing so quickly in Austin, too!

      Pros

      This company has BIG goals, and understands it take everyone together to get them accomplished. You truly come in feeling like you are a vital key to the success of the business and it is extremely refreshing. It comes with hard work, but its all very worth it when you are on a team aligned to the same goals.

      Cons

      None yet. I will advise though, this is a startup, which means it takes a bit of scrappiness and agility to be successful. Everything isn't figured out just yet.
