CEO is on vacation more than he's not. He clearly doesn't care and it has a trickle down effect in the company. VP's don't care and managers don't care. There were just layoffs and many great employees were let go instead of others that the CEO just happens to like more on a personal level. This is well known and many employees even joke about it which brings the morale way down. Don't pay attention to the positive reviews on here they are all written by marketing and are very fake it's laughable. There is no unlimited PTO anymore even though they keep marketing that there is.

This company provides a very toxic work experience. I cringed reading the responses from the company on these reviews because they are straight lies. The company does not provide any 30-60-90 day performance review process or a yearly review at that. I had to ask my leadership for a yearly review after my 2nd year with the company. We submitted our self assessments and nothing came from it. They will fire you with no discussion or warning leading up to it and claim that it was performance and what ever else they want to add to the lie. HR can not be trusted. They are there for Jeff and not "the people" as they claim to be. If you're ever told that your conversation is safe or confidential, its not true and anything you say behind those closed doors will be used against you. This company only wants sheep to work for them not people with opinions or those who actually speak up. Also, don't believe the 'good' reviews you read on google or any other platform like these because they ask employees to write 'good' reviews and their marketing team will beef up every platform with fake reviews to bring up their overall rating.
