Plenty of sweet and interesting co-workers to suffer along with you Nice office equipment

Cons

Vicious work environment masquerading as the opposite. No one is safe. SBIG stock has plummeted over 90% over the course of a few months. SpringBig used to be the absolute best at what they do and was home to some of the premier talent in the cannabis space. That is over. Turnover is out of control and numerous quality competitors have emerged. IPO’s tend to destroy good startups. This was definitely one of them. STAY AWAY - ask around the cannabis industry if you have any doubts. I know the job market is tough, but keep looking. Trust me.

It’s unfortunate that the market is currently experiencing volatility across the board for a variety of reasons. However, we are a financially healthy organization looking forward to our growing in many sectors. Very volatile company with lack of organization

Free food sometimes provided by staff.

Cons

Heed caution coming to this company. They lure you with saying they are growing fast. Company is highly disorganized with low morale and management that is deceptive. Lack of professionalism and proper operating standards. There are better start ups to join.

President is Unstable

A lot of fast growth

Cons

President is greedy. He makes decisions that sacrifice good people’s income. If he sees no need for your position, he’ll let you go without proper severance or benefits. Cruel.

Thank you so much for writing a review about Springbig. Your feedback is important to us, as it will help us to learn and grow as an organization. The President (CEO/Founder) is not unstable nor does he arbitrarily terminate employees. He has empowered his managers to manage their teams. Springbig has mechanisms in place to manage performance and if needed, manage out poor performers. Staff are reviewed by their managers during their 30-60-90 day points and also receive annual performance reviews. Managers also make it a point to communicate with employees regularly in real time regarding their performance. Fortunately, many employees have stayed with us through the years and have been promoted through the ranks. Additionally, the company has gone from 50 employees in March of 2020 to roughly 150 today (almost tripled in 15 months)! As we continue to grow there will be more opportunities for career growth. This is an exciting time to be part of Springbig!
