Pros

vAuto has a tremendous level of professional team members that do an unbelievable job of serving the client, while maintaining a fun, family friendly work environment. I have had only a few different jobs in my career all of which have been pretty good but known of which even compare to the level of satisfaction and excitement I have in my career with vAuto

Cons

I am trying pretty hard to think of a negative and all though it is not a perfect place to work I do not feel as though any "cons" are worthy of an actual mention as the overall experience of working for vAuto for outweighs any perceived cons

Pros

vAuto has to be one of the best companies in the automotive industry. Due to that prestige it gets placed at the top, in my opinion, of the list of companies to work for. Management is approachable and listens to feedback - values feedback and will act on it if it's in the best interest of the company. Flexible on schedule Believes in time with the family - work/life balance A ton of vacation time Great people

Cons

There are some "old school" divisions in the company that have been there since the beginning and they can be "stuck in their ways". This is probably the only impediment that this company has and it is detrimental to the great environment. However, despite that internal struggle, the company continues to grow which is very encouraging.

Pros

Fantastic place to work! It is great to work for a company that drives innovation for a whole industry. Great culture... work hard, but we never work alone. We have a family feel while being part of a big organization.
