This newly built 305,000-square-foot community features 117 independent living and 90 assisted living apartments, along with an array of exceptional amenities, including a restaurant, theater, café, pub, spa, outdoor rooftop patio, and fitness center. In collaboration with Life Care Services (LCS), the City of Farmington Hills, and The Sisters of Mercy, Rose Senior Living Farmington Hills will generate approximately 100 full-time LCS jobs, including positions for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), housekeeping staff, chefs, bus drivers, maintenance personnel, and more. The Indianapolis Portfolio just wrapped up a three-day Sales Symposium, bringing together 17 new team members for an immersive learning experience led by Director of Marketing Brenda Coons. These future leasing leaders gained valuable insight into sales strategies and techniques, as well as personality assessment training to better serve both current and future residents. Regional guest speakers and VIA Corporate Housing provided additional inspirational insights and training. The group’s enthusiasm and enhanced skill sets were truly impressive!

Congratulations to Bryson and Landon of Concord Place for completing the Leasing University Sales Training and earning their Certified Leasing Consultant Credential! While they completed the training individually, Bryson and Landon progressed through the program together, partnering on drills and exercises to make the experience more engaging and enjoyable.
