Every pet is different. Their preventive care plan should be, too. Today's pet parents want care that's personalized, proactive, and easy to navigate. That's why Heart + Paw® created Heart + Paw Care Plans, a new approach to preventive healthcare that helps make routine veterinary care more accessible, predictable, and tailored to each pet's unique needs. Unlike traditional wellness plans, Heart + Paw Care Plans are built around the individual pet, taking into account factors like age, breed, lifestyle, and health history to deliver veterinarian-guided care that's right for them. By combining personalized recommendations with convenient monthly payments and no annual or enrollment fee, we're helping pet parents stay on top of their pet's health with greater confidence and fewer surprises. Learn more about how we're continuing to reimagine preventive petcare.
We’re proud to share that Heart + Paw has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the fifth consecutive year. 🎉🎉🎉 This recognition is especially meaningful because it is based entirely on feedback from our team members and reflects the culture we continue building together through compassion, collaboration, and inclusion. This year, 80% of team members said Heart + Paw is a great place to work, compared to 57% of team members at a typical U.S.-based company. As the veterinary profession continues to evolve, we believe creating workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and empowered is essential to delivering better care, creating bigger wins for pets and pet parents alike. We’re grateful to our teams for the empathy, dedication, and care they bring to the veterinary community and Heart + Paw every day.
This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the incredible women of Heart + Paw: the compassionate leaders, dedicated caregivers, and everyday changemakers who make a difference in the lives of pets and people alike. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜 Did you know 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men will experience domestic abuse and 48% of survivors delay leaving because they can’t bring their pets with them? Yet, less than 20% of U.S. shelters accept pets. No one should ever have to choose between their own safety and their pet’s. This month, our Heart + Paw Support Center partnered with our Nestlé Purina North America Account Manager, Brendan Mannion, and the Purple Leash Project to fill care bags with personal essentials for women, children, and pets affected by domestic violence. The Purple Leash Project, created by Purina and RedRover, helps domestic abuse survivors and their pets find safety together. Over the past decade, this initiative has doubled the number of pet-friendly shelters in the U.S. and awarded more than $1.6 million in grants to support this mission. We’re proud to stand beside partners who believe healing happens best when no one is left behind, not even our pets. 🔗 Learn more about the Purple Leash Project and how you can get involved: https://lnkd.in/gy5wkNr8

Heart + Paw is proud to share that we have once again been named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Fast 50 honorees (2025), recognizing the region’s fastest-growing companies. The Fast 50 program celebrates privately held businesses headquartered in Greater Philadelphia that demonstrate exceptional revenue growth over a two-year period. To qualify for 2025, companies must be independently owned, locally headquartered, and have generated at least $750,000 in revenue in 2022 with consistent year-over-year growth through 2024. This recognition is a direct reflection of the passion, dedication, and hard work of our 450+ Heart + Paw team members. Every day, across our 29 centers, they deliver elevated, stress-minimized care to pets while supporting pet parents with compassion and expertise. Their commitment makes achievements like this possible, and we extend our deepest appreciation for their extraordinary efforts. We are equally grateful to our loyal pet parent community for trusting us with the care of their beloved pets. The relationships we’ve built together not only fuel our growth but also inspire us to raise the bar in veterinary and pet care. Congratulations to our entire Heart + Paw family—this honor belongs to all of us!
