Welcome: new executive leadership talent! McLarens Middle East are delighted to announce Hassan Abdulfattah as our new General Manager for Saudi Arabia. Hassan is based in Jeddah, having begun his career with McLarens in 2015 as a trainee Loss Adjuster, and subsequently becoming a Senior Loss Adjuster. In his years at McLarens, Hassan attained the CII and CILA Cert and has developed his knowledge base across a wide range of claims. With seven years of experience in Loss Adjusting, Hassan also possesses additional expertise working as a Manager of Risk Insurance at Bank Saudi Fransi. Welcome back to McLarens Hassan!

McLarens North America is pleased to announce the promotions of three of our key Business Development professionals in the U.S. Their dedication and hard work have contributed to the continued success that we are seeing as our presence grows in the U.S. market. Heike Greenspon (McGowan), Director of Client Relations, has been promoted to Vice President. Heike joined McLarens three years ago in Atlanta, Ga., and oversees a team focused on our Carrier relationships. In a short period of time, she has demonstrated innovative skills, been the catalyst in implementing client stewardship programs, and enhancing our customer’s experiences. Joel Johnson, National Account Executive, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Based in Dallas, Texas, Joel joined McLarens three years ago and has been an invaluable asset to expanding our footprint in the Central part of the United States. McLarens New Zealand: Retirement Celebrations! With a career starting in 1978, as one of the first female loss adjusters in Scotland before moving to New Zealand, Margaret Wallace is moving on to a well deserved retirement. Starting with McLarens in 2004, Margaret has worked on major CAT events leading teams during the Gisborne and Canterbury earthquakes. She has extensive experience dealing with a range of industrial and commercial claims resulting from fires, floods and contract works in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. A very special occasion as our colleagues at Vanderwal & Joosten BV have officially rebranded their business to McLarens BV! Due to Covid-19 restrictions, our big in-person client event was transformed into a unique and memorable Christmas Drive Thru this past weekend. Alert: New Executive Leadership Appointments! We are excited to announce that our McLarens Asia team continues it's growth with two new executive appointments. Kevin Yu and Ys Tsai have been appointed to new senior management positions in Mainland China and Taiwan respectively. Kevin will serve as General Manager for Greater China, and Y.S. Tsai will become General Manager for Taiwan succeeding Wendy Chen who retires after 40 years of service with McLarens The appointments will strengthen McLarens’ operations at a regional level and underline the company’s continued commitment in Asia. Winning for a good cause is the best kind of victory! Recently, our McLarens UK & Ireland team took 1st place in the return of the annual Insurance Industry Quiz Night; hosted by Havens Hospices, a charity providing palliative nursing and supportive care to adults and children living with complex or incurable conditions. The event saw 200 people in 26 teams with a variation of quiz rounds. A fantastic evening for all those involved, the best result being the £7,846.00 raised for Havens Hospices.
