We are humbled and proud to be a finalist in not one but three categories for the British Insurance Awards: ‘Claims Initiative of the Year – Outsourced Partner’, ‘Major Loss Award’ and the ‘Young Achiever Award’, which Blue Newton, Adjuster with the Construction & Engineering Team, has been nominated for. McLarens North America Continues to Add Strong Talent! McLarens is excited to introduce David Hancock to our organization as an EGA. With over 40 years of experience as an Executive General Adjuster, David joins McLarens with the expertise and depth of knowledge that is impressive to any in the insurance industry. Experienced in complex property claims, Public Entity, Aviation and Risk Management, David’s career has allowed him to be involved in a wide variety of areas where he has been able to apply his knowledge firsthand. David also has an extensive resume handling complicated catastrophe claims for more than $10 million for sports stadiums and in the higher education arena. Building off of his degree in Industrial Technology and Education, David also holds the designation of a Certified Manufacturing Engineer from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. In the aviation field, David has earned his licenses from the FAA for as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic, Commercial Multi-engine Pilot, and Flight Engineer. Welcome David!

Oh the forgotten art of business travel... With Canada starting to open up to foreign nationals for discretionary travel, we're beginning to travel again. Gary Brown, CEO of McLarens, and Marcus Reath, Vice President, Senior Executive General Adjuster were finally able to hop over to Toronto to meet and greet our new colleagues at MGB Claims Consultants Inc. who recently joined the McLarens Family of companies. There is no substitution for in-person meeting and dialogue. It was great to visit MGB's office, experience their Canadian hospitality and family-oriented business culture. MGB has an amazingly talented team, and we are excited to have them at McLarens. Lots of opportunities to work together in the future!

New addition to McLarens Asia! McLarens is excited to welcome Keshia Danielle Murphy to the team as Head of Marketing and Communication - Asia. Keshia joined the insurance industry in 2016 with Lloyd's Singapore where she was responsible for marketing and events. She subsequently joined an international adjusting firm as Client Development Manager for two years, before leaving as Head of Marketing and Business Development, Asia. Her skills include developing and delivering key management plans, and managing marketing and communication strategies. Keshia will report to Michael Campbell-Pitt, Regional Director – Asia. McLarens US is proud to announce yet another new addition to its Business Development team - Lisa Murphy, Client Service Liaison. Lisa will help maintain existing and grow new relationships with insurance brokers, risk managers, and MGAs. She will work with Renata Bauer-Saville, Vice President Major Accounts, and focus on client retention and new client onboarding processes. She will also assist with preparing partnership packages and event and conference planning. Lisa comes to McLarens with an extensive history in sales within the property, casualty, and medical insurance industries, having previously worked for both Cambridge Integrated Services Group and CorVel Corporation. She also brings her unique skills as a former communications and marketing instructor for several colleges and universities. McLarens US is excited to welcome new addition to its team - Phil Koehler, U.S. Communications Specialist. Phil will work with the US Business Development team, under the guidance of Susan Froman, Senior Vice President, Business Development – The Americas. His focus will be on creating excellent materials as well as producing accurate and complete technical documentation for a variety of audiences. McLarens Asia welcomes Alasdair Carnduff as Technical Consultant - Philippines. McLarens Philippines is very pleased to welcome Alasdair Carnduff to the position of Technical Consultant. Alasdair has over 40 years of experience in the claims and loss adjusting industry, and has held various executive positions at loss adjusting firms in the UK, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. Throughout his career Alasdair has been responsible for managing large and complex losses across the Asia region, and has considerable experience in handling onshore power and energy losses, construction and construction plant and equipment claims both in the UK and Asia. This experience includes Delay in Startup claims for new projects under construction. Given the Philippines exposure to typhoons and earthquakes, Alasdair has regularly overseen the management of catastrophe events (CAT) and has led teams responding to disasters in Guam and the surrounding region. Alasdair is based in Manila and will report to Pete Lagman, who was recently appointed as Country Manager - McLarens Philippines. Alasdair can b
