Sonepar hosted our first Employee Resource Group (ERG) summit in Charleston, SC. ERG leaders came together to share personal experiences and insights. From an inspirational fireside chat to strategic planning sessions, participants returned to Sonepar brands across the US equipped with ideas for increasing diversity within our organization and ensuring that everyone here can feel safe, use their voice, and know that they belong. Our ERG leaders also supported the local community by preparing 100 meals for families taking care of sick children through the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Sonepar's North American ERGs include: African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG) Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) ERG Connect (emerging professionals) Hispanos Unidos Pride (LGBTQ+) Women Advocating Today for Tomorrow (WATT) We are #PoweredbyDifference.
